  1. During the fair days, participants can offer motorcycles and mopeds for sale or exchange or
    show them, as long as the relevant year of construction is 1999 or older (25 years and older). All other goods brought in
    must be directly related to motorcycles or mopeds from that period, this at the discretion of the organization.
  2. All goods that fall outside this must be removed from the fair at the first request of the organization.
    The Central Classics fairs take place in the Expo Halls in Houten. The halls are carpeted.
    - There should be an oil trap under motorcycles and mopeds or parts, the organization has carpet tiles available for this
     purpose at the organization stand.
    - Loose parts that are displayed on the floor should be placed on a tarpaulin brought by the participant. All participants
    are expected to handle the floor covering responsibly. -
  3. Nothing may be attached to the walls, ceilings, pillars, etc. (no tape, drawing pins, etc.).
    - The maximum height of a stand is 3.50 meters.
    - The stand holder is obliged to leave his stand clean and empty.

    all cars and buses must be out of the halls on time. We open to visitors at 10:00.
  5. Open to visitors: Saturday from 10:00 to 16:00 and Sunday from 10:00 to 16:00. All stand holders
    must be present during opening hours. No side doors will be opened during the fair.
  6. During the construction and dismantling, cars and vans up to 3,500 kg may drive into the halls. Heavier buses and trucks
    are NOT allowed, please consult (indicate) with the organization when registering. Participants follow the instructions of the organization.
  7. No motorcycles or mopeds may be started in the halls. The amount of fuel in tanks must be minimal. Batteries must be disconnected.
  8. Transfer mopeds and motorcycles on the exhibition floor. All vehicles that are sold can leave the building at the end of each day
    (preferably at the end of Sunday). The doors will not be opened for this in between. This means after the end of the exhibition day
    at 4:00 PM. It is also unpleasant for visitors to see empty spaces.
  9. All items, motorcycles that you bring into the hall are at your own risk. The halls will be closed at night and opened again in the morning
    by the hall manager. The organization is not responsible for the loss, damage or theft of goods and vehicles. There will be no security
    in the halls at night and in the evening when all visitors and exhibitors have left.
  10. Smoking is not permitted in the halls and other areas of Expo Houten. Neither for visitors nor for exhibitors. Outside at the main
    entrance there are ashtrays that you can use. No side doors will open due to fire safety.
  11. The organizer is never a party to, never part of, and is never liable for an exchange or purchase agreement or other verbal or written
    agreement made between any parties. Everyone participates in the fair at their own risk, the organization is not liable for damage to
    goods or persons, theft or otherwise. All this in the broadest sense of the word.
  12. Registration does not automatically entitle you to participate and stand space. The organization may not process a registration,
    allocate less than the requested stand space upon registration, change or withdraw reserved/paid stand space, without the
    participant in question being able to claim compensation. Any amounts paid will be refunded (proportionally). After registration, the
    participant will receive an invoice that must be paid within approximately 10 working days. In the event of cancellation within 3 weeks
    before the start of the fair, no refund will be made. After payment, you will be sent / emailed the other information. If the fair cannot
    take place due to government/RIVM guidelines for corona (or other reasons), all amounts paid will be refunded in consultation. Any
    interim information will be sent by email as much as possible. All damage caused by a stand holder with or without a vehicle will be
    recovered from this stand holder.
  13. Examples, damage, carpet, walls, poles, doors. Driving the means of transport into the building and etc.
    will be recovered from the stand holder in case of damage to the hall. This is therefore at your own risk.
  14. By registering and/or paying for participation, the participant agrees to these regulations of
    the Central Classics fair. These regulations can also be read on the website www.CentralClassics.nl.

All other comments or actions are decided by the organization. These are binding.
