Frequently Asked Questions  -  Exhibitors

- How does the 1980 or older rule work?
All motorcycles, mopeds and parts that are offered during the fair have to be from 1980 or older. Newly made parts and accecoiries have to be meant for two wheelers from 1980 or older. All wares that do not conform to this rule have to be removed from the fair after the first request by the organisation. (We will check, just don't bring it.)

- How do I apply as an exhibitor?
Use the registration form that can be downloaded from the "Stands" page or call/write Central Classics to receive the form per post.
Exhibitors that have been there before receive their registration for the next fair together with the exhibitors papers for the current fair. (Make sure you register in time, preferably on the fair itself, please see next question.)

When will I be certain that I can take part as an exhibitor?Exhibitors that have been there before have a period of time to reregister before new applications are registered. For the Central Classics fair in December, the deadline for this registration is 31 May. Exhibitors that have been there before receive a conformation of their participation within a month of their reregistration. The invoice will come in September. This is all done by email. (If email is not possible, we will send them per post.)
In June/July, we will look at the availability of stands and the newly received bookings, they will receive a message if they can or can't participate after 1 August.

- I received a message that there was no more available stand space, but now I see someone else has registered. How is that possible?
Availability of stand space depends on what is already being offered on the fair. The number of available stands is divided into categories. The most important category is motorcycles, mopeds and parts. Tools, clothing, helmets etc. is the second category. These categories each have a fixed number of stands. There is more place for motorcycles and mopeds than there is for tools and clothing. If there are as many applications for the second category as there are available places, the registration for this category will close. However, this doesn't mean the first category is out of places, and so the registration period or this category can last longer.

- Will I have the same spot if I come to the next fair?
We can not guarantee the same spot. But exhibitors that participate every fair will, if possible, get the same location. Every fair, the organization tries to make this happen.

- Can I also have a stand for 1 day?
No, the fair lasts 2 days. Breaking down the stand and leaving in the meantime is not allowed.

- Can my trailer stand in the hall?
Trailers are supposed to be parked on the exhibitors parking lot, not in the halls. A trailer is only allowed in the hall if it is a functional part of the stand.

- My bus/truck is too heavy. What can we do?
Contact the organization, and we will look for a solution.

- Can I take my dog inside?
Dogs on a leash are welcome. It can be very crowded, your dog has to be able to handle that.

- Can I smoke in the halls?
No, Expo Houten has banned smoking in the entire building, both for visitors and exhibitors. You can smoke outside near the entrance and exits.
